Sarah Bild

Montreal movement artist Sarah Bild has been creating and performing deeply textured, multi-disciplinary works of dance and performance for the last 30 years across Canada. Co-founder of La Poêle studio, she is a certified teacher of Action Theater and teaches opera creation seminars at l’Université de Montréal.

Sarah will be performing 30 minutes of her solo research work.

Sarah, Rachel and Nadine are all three certified Action Theater facilitators. In honour of the recent passing of their mentor and master teacher, Ruth Zaporah; they will present a series of Action Theater scores.

Nadine Sures is a Canadian transdisciplinary performance artist originally from Saskatchewan currently living in Kjipuktuk (Halifax). Nadine has worked professionally and internationally as a performer, director, producer and teacher for the last 25 years. Recipient of the Victor Martyn Lynch-Staunton Award, Nadine established herself as a performance artist in Montreal and Beirut by showcasing her creations across Canada, Europe and the Middle-East.
