David Clark

David Clark is a connoisseur of the intangible connection. His internet artworks  88 Constellations for Wittgenstein and A is for Apple are dream-like interactive essays that weave together stories, ideas, and wild digressions to produce a kind of literary vertigo as he tackles questions about how we make meaning through philosophical, logical, poetic, visual, accidental, and emotional means.

Heads and/or Tails is a performance lecture that examines how art, science, religion and sport each, in their own way, allows us to navigate uncertainty in the world. Tracing a series of strange connections between streakers, artists, mathematicians, and quantum physicists, we will probe questions about chance and luck, fate and freewill, and how we often confuse the fictional and the real as we try to understand the world as it is.
