So Far Away

2018. Inspired by the exquisite and ghostly remnants of the Grand Sofar Hotel in Lebanon, this film explores patriarchal relationships within the context of family and place; memory, history and death weave through narratives of deconstructed form.

Like an Idealist

2018. Filmed at the Action Theater^tm teachers gathering in Santa Fe, New Mexico in collaboration with international performers and improvisers. An exploration of the relationship between vocalization, movement and narrative within a site specific environment.

2017. Filmed within the attic of a traditional Lebanese mansion, the architecture and found materials are objectified; spurring memories, narratives of conjugal life, and sensations of desire.
