Rachel Cohen is a New York City-based creator and performer, director of multidisciplinary performance company Racoco Productions, and a certified teacher of Action Theater improvisation. She has a lifelong interest in excavating the symbiosis of humans and things.

Going/gone: Object Impermanence and the Digital Bardo addresses attachment, mourning, animism, embodiment, and ritual.
This durational performance invites participants to engage with inanimate objects in short interactive vignettes—a sort of speed dating—a conversation, movement “duet”, silent improvisation, interview, private confession, staring contest—then say goodbye.
