Nadine is a Canadian performance artist originally from Saskatchewan currently living in Kjipuktuk (Halifax). Nadine has worked professionally and internationally as a performer, director, producer and teacher for the last 25 years. Recipient of the Victor Martyn Lynch-Staunton Award, Nadine established herself as a performance artist in Montreal and Beirut by showcasing her creations across Canada, Europe and the Middle-East.

Nadine graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta BFA Acting program in 1999. From 1999-2009 she collaborated as a performer for directors/choreographers Deborah Dunn, Lin Snelling, Robin Poitras, Pamela Newell, Nathalie Claude, Bill Glassgo and the Montreal Young Company, Emily Johnson, Stéphane Roy, Alexia Bürger, Unithéâtre. During that time she began her own creative work; conceiving IN SITU performances and cabaret style pieces for the queer community in Montreal.

She was co-founder of the RAIQ, Quebec Interdisciplinary Arts Network and has worked as a peer assessor for the Canada Council for the Arts and the Quebec Arts Council.

In 2011, Nadine moved to Lebanon where she developed her practice in improvisation and site specific performance. Her work is whimsical, queer, and imbued with dark humour. Language, sound and movement are deconstructed and crafted in an instantaneous composition that questions the status quo of traditional artistic forms.

Nadine is currently pursuing an MFA in Expanded Media at NSCAD University.
